A note on how this works

We move items left to right (from Later → Next → Now) as they get spec'd and prioritized. Items don't always ship in the column order shown — sometimes a “Later” item jumps the queue because a customer needs it for an enterprise deal. If your team is blocked on a “Later” item, email hello@resolute-security.com — we genuinely use those emails to re-prioritize.
