Legal
Your data rights
File an access, deletion, correction, or portability request.
Depending on where you live, applicable privacy laws give you specific rights over the personal data we hold about you. Resolute Security honors these rights regardless of which jurisdiction you live in.
What you can ask for
- Access (right to know): Get a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction (rectification): Fix inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Deletion (right to be forgotten):Delete your personal data, subject to limited exceptions (e.g. data we're required to keep by law).
- Portability: Receive your data in a machine-readable format.
- Restriction: Temporarily stop us from processing your data while a dispute is resolved.
- Objection: Object to specific kinds of processing.
- Do Not Sell (CCPA): We do not sell personal information, but California residents can confirm this in writing via the form below.
Self-serve options
- If you have a Resolute account, most rights are self-serve from Settings → Profile (export, delete account, update profile).
- If you don't have an account (e.g. you received a phishing-simulation email from a customer of ours, or your employer was a Resolute customer), use the form below.
How we verify your identity
To protect you, we never act on a deletion or sensitive access request without first confirming your identity. We'll email a verification link to the address you submit; reply to that email and we'll move forward.
Our response time
We respond to requests within 30 calendar days (or 45 days under the CCPA, with notice). If we can't reach you to verify identity, the request stays open for 30 days then is closed.
Other ways to reach us
You can also email privacy@resolute-security.com directly. For more on what data we hold and how we process it, see the Privacy Policy, DPA, and sub-processor list.
If you're in the EEA or UK and aren't satisfied with our response, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority. A list is maintained by the European Data Protection Board.
